United Trust Bank has won the ‘Award for Customer Service’ in the 2021 Savings Champion Awards.
Now in their 8th year, the Savings Champion Awards have grown to become one of the most sought-after awards in the savings industry. The awards show recognition in a range of savings categories including easy access, fixed rate bonds and cash ISAs. They are the only awards that focus solely on savings.
This year, in addition to winning the Award for Customer Service, United Trust Bank was also Highly Commended in the Best Business Notice Account Provider category and was a finalist in a further five awards categories.
