United Trust Bank (UTB) is providing funding for the construction of two prestigious new residential developments in Beaconsfield and Marlow by Zafiro Homes Limited, with a combined GDV of £21.6m.
UTB’s facility is supporting the acquisition of the land and development of two luxury homes in sought after Beaconsfield with generous 5-bedroom accommodation provided over three floors. The first stunning home predominantly draws upon French classical design principles with elevations of off-white coloured render with ground floor rustications and the second is of neo-Georgian design. Both benefit from luxurious specifications and bespoke architectural features creating outstanding family homes. The two Beaconsfield residences are valued at £6.5m and £5.5m respectively.
Also being funded is Zafiro Homes’ Beechwood Heights development in Marlow, an exclusive gated scheme comprising three Edwardian inspired luxury homes priced from £2m.
