Job description
This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.
Role Purpose:
To facilitate the hiring of top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager in the delivery of the full cycle talent acquisition process including Search and Selection by utilising internal and external direct sourcing channels (namely LinkedIn)
- Ensuring that the sourcing ratio is significantly focused on direct hires compared to agency hires
- Maintaining and building talent pools/networks
- Ensure all recruitment data is updated on ATS
- Co-ordinate interviews when necessary with hiring managers, candidates and, if applicable, recruitment agencies directly or via the ATS
- Ensure tracking of related metrics and MI for internal reporting requests such as board reports
- Keeping the vacancy lists updated for internal view (via the Intranet) and external view (via the web site career page and the bank’s LinkedIn Job board)
- Ensuring adherence to the sign off process and supplying new hire details to the Onboarding team for processing
Skills and Experience sought:
- Significant, demonstrable experience of full life cycle / 360 permanent recruitment process gained working in an in-house function within a bank or agency covering UTB’s business areas
- Skilled user of LinkedIn Recruiter and ability to utilise AI
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders, balancing issues such as speed, cost, and diversity in formulating the best recruitment approach to achieve deliverables
- Able to manage detailed administrative activities effectively to a high standard, expected within a regulated and audited firm
- Passion for delivering a high-quality customer service to stakeholders and candidates
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A good completer/finisher
- Ability to work confidentially at all times
- Accuracy with good attention to detail
- Good understanding of HR service mentality
