Managing your account
We are working on an online banking service for our Charity customers, once ready we will invite you to register.
In the interim period you can manage your account by email, phone and post.
Charitable Company (Limited by Guarantee)
UK Charities registered on the Charities Commission with a minimum of two trustees where the governing document is not a Trust Deed. All parties to the account must be UK residents over the age of 18.
Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)
UK Charities registered on the Charities Commission and Companies House with a minimum of two trustees where the governing document is not a Trust Deed. All parties to the account must be UK residents over the age of 18.
Excepted Charities
UK Charities that are not on the Charities Commission but are regulated by them, such as churches, Scout and Guide groups, student unions, etc., with an annual income of £100,000 or less where the governing document is not a Trust Deed. All parties to the account must be UK residents over the age of 18.
Exempt Charities
UK Charities that comply with the general principles of charity law but are not on the Charities Commission where the governing document is not a Trust Deed. All parties to the account must be UK residents over the age of 18.
