United Trust Bank (UTB) Mortgages for Intermediaries has won the ‘Best Second Mortgage Lender’ award at the What Mortgage Awards 2024. It is the second year in a row for the specialist mortgage lender and the fourth time UTB has picked up this award. The Bank’s Bridging division was also recognised with a Highly Commended in the ‘Best Short-Term Lender’ category.
Now in their 31st year, the awards celebrate the achievements of the best banks, building societies, lenders, brokers and home buying services as voted for by What Mortgage Magazine readers. Every winner, highly commended and even those nominated have been recognised because they received the seal of approval from satisfied customers.
