United Trust Bank (UTB) Operations Specialist Rafael Sabino has been named in the Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 Index for 2024.
Rafael is a dedicated member of UTB’s Asset Finance Proposal & KYC team. He works closely with Underwriting and Financial Crime and was also key in the project that delivered UTB’s new broker portal.
Now in its fourth year, this initiative celebrates exceptional young talent in the asset finance sector, showcasing their achievements and rewarding their passion, creativity and innovation.
Supported by Asset Finance Connect and sponsored by Acquis, this annual index shines a spotlight on the most innovative and inspiring leaders under 30 in the industry. Representing 30 different lenders and service providers, these individuals are not just contributing to the sector – they are driving change. Many are combining a commitment to business growth with fresh approaches that are shaping the future of asset finance.
The 2024 rising stars were officially recognised at the Asset Finance Connect autumn conference on 26 November.
